The Energy Lab is a 1:1 programme that will help you understand exactly how your food, stress, and daily habits are influencing your energy, focus, and recovery so you can stop guessing and start fuelling yourself with precision.
Over two weeks, we’ll track how your body responds in real time using a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) (included in the programme) and food diary app. You’ll see exactly what’s driving dips, cravings, or fatigue and what helps you stay steady, focused, and performing at your best.
This data driven process means that you’re not only getting real time information with how your body is responding to your lifestyle, but you’ll also have 1:1 coaching with me so I can help you understand what the data means and how to use it to transform your health.

Your 2 Week Experience
STEP ONE: Setup & Strategy Session (60 mins)
Once you sign up, you’ll receive an invite to your very own health and wellbeing app, I’ll ask you to fill an onboarding form so I can get to know your health history, symptoms and goals. This will give me a clear picture of where your health is at and allow me to assess where you’re at and how to tailor the coaching experience to you. Then I’ll send you across your Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) so we can track your blood glucose levels throughout the 2 weeks.
Once you’ve received this, we schedule our first session to review your goals, training, and current nutrition, then set up your CGM so you can start capturing data immediately. You’ll learn how to track energy patterns in real time and understand what your body’s responses really mean.
STEP two: Daily Insight Tracking
Over 14 days, you’ll wear your CGM, log your meals along with symptoms, movement, sleep etc. to gain visibility into how your body responds. I’ll review your patterns throughout this time and highlight what’s supporting consistent energy and what’s quietly draining it along with tweaks to incorporate along the way.
At the halfway point, you’ll receive a short audio audit from me - a personalised voice note walking you through your data so far and the key changes to implement in week two. It’s designed to keep you accountable, confident, and progressing as the insights start to build.
STEP THREE: Performance Report & Strategy Session (60 mins)
Now we’ve had a chance to get to know your data, we jump on another call to review your results, connecting your glucose data, food diary, and biofeedback.
You’ll leave with a personalised Nutrition Strategy with clear, practical steps to stabilise energy, improve focus, and build confidence in your food choices.
